3-Word Testimonies
Telling our stories of faith to share the Good News of Jesus.
At Sunset Church, we strive to share the Good News in a handful of ways. One of the ways we do this is through our own stories — sharing our stories of faith with one another. You can choose to share your story of faith in different formats, and we’re sharing what we call “3-word testimonies.”
What is a 3-Word Testimony?
A 3-word testimony allows you to tell and shape your story with three, simple words to describe three phases in your life.
- The first word may describe your life before Jesus.
- The second word tells how you came to faith or came to understand the Good News.
- The third word describes the difference Jesus has made in your life.
Whether you accepted Jesus as an adult or grew up in the church, there is no cookie-cutter story. We believe everyone has a unique testimony to share, and sharing can spark faith in others. Our world needs the Good News of Jesus, so we invite you to listen to the different stories at Sunset.
